Shipping
Policy
- Minimum
Order is $100. NOTE: There is No Minimum For Dropship Accounts.

For first time orders Credit Card or Cashier's Check only.

COD checks OK thereafter, upon verification of funds.

All out-of-state orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless specified
otherwise by customer.
- Orders are processed within two working days.
- No orders will be released if a past due balance
exists.
- You can save COD charges when you pay by credit
card.
- Back orders are held for 30 days and shipped
upon availability of goods, unless instructed otherwise.
- Substitutions: Due to stock fluctuation,
there may be minor substitutions. Please specify on your order
if substitutions are not acceptable.
- Availability: Selected catalog items
may not be available; however, we will make every effort to
replenish our stock and fill your orders as quickly as possible.
Payment Policy
- Credit
card payments are accepted. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover,
and American Express.

30 Day Terms Credit terms are available upon approval of signed
and completed credit application.

A 1.5% monthly finance charge will be assessed on all balances
60 days past due.

Discount is available for volume buyers.
- Any account past due 90 days will be sent to
Collections. Debtor will be liable for finance charges and attorney
legal fees.
- Prices are based on silver at $10.00 oz.
Return Policy
- All returns must
be made within 15 days with a copy of original invoice.

All returns are a subject to approval by Silver Plus Imports.
No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a return
authorization (RA#) within five (5) days of receipt of
merchandise. Call 1-866-925-7587
to obtain return authorization (RA#).

Returns must be made within seven (7) days after obtaining the
RA#.

Each package returned must have the RA# clearly marked on the
shipping label.
- Silver Plus Imports is not
responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear.
- Silver Plus Imports only
accepts returned merchandise if the said merchandise had manufacturing
defects, if they were of unsatisfactory quality, or if they
were erroneously sent to a customer.
- Authorized returns are accepted for store credits
and exchange only. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.
We reserve the right to correct any errors
found in our website price list, catalog or invoice. All weights
are approximate and may vary within a minimum of 0.01 percentage.
